Documentation Updates and Team Leaders announced

A couple of announcements:

- Our Director of Security (Larose) has worked the past couple of weeks on completing the training requirements and polishing the Module 1 and Module 2 training documents.
The Board is hereby releasing the first two module documents under "Profile > Training". Please take note of these.

- The Code Of Conduct has been updated with some minor changes.

- Over the past couple of weeks the Director of Security has also been looking out for potential Team-leaders. After a meeting, the decision was made to promote Tim Dau and Dimas López to Corporal and assign them both as Team-Leaders.
