Where It Hurts
Charles I. Andersen Corporation
Situation
We are still analyzing the majority of the intelligence bonanza collected in the last mission, but a quick survey has revealed a time-sensitive target.
A shipment of MANPADS from the PPF's foreign sponsors will arrive in the early morning, headed for a distribution point for the militia rank and file. While their capture would prove nothing - all are from deniable sources - allowing them to be distributed into PPF militia hands would pose a devastating threat to further smuggling flights and severely restrict our extraction options.
Not coincidentally, the delivery point is also a vehicle depot. Much of the PPF militia's strength lies in its motorization, and this is a golden opportunity to cut some of their tactical mobility. We've coordinated with the TKP insurgents to draw off forces to allow us to raid the location, as our employer liason has designated it a primary target.
At least, we think they said that. The new liason has spent his time squatting on the desk and only speaks in code.

We will be attacking on the outskirts of the PPF's urban strongholds in Kedougou, and should expect relatively rapid, if sporadic and unorganized, reaction forces. TKP Insurgents have agreed to attack a known concentration of PPF militia near mission start in order to draw off most of the local mounted QRF and give us a fighting chance, but will not otherwise be present for the operation.
The objective area (at 431-145) is an old government vehicle park that has been repurposed by PPF militia into a vehicle assembly area and armory, and should contain around 30 vehicles of various types and armaments. In keeping with its purpose, there is poor concealment and cover in the relatively open vehicle yard.
When approaching the target enemy garrisons and patrols should be expected on approach in the more populated areas and roads. Once in Kedougou proper, response forces will almost certainly be arriving from civilian areas nearby as PPF militia are primarily local residents. Fortunately, the nearby military post is very dilapidated and unlikely to be used as more than a barracks.
Refer to campaign ASCOPE for information on PPF militia units.
