Arm The Homeless
Charles I. Andersen Corporation
Situation
We have established our base of operations at the clandestine airstrip and can now begin distributing our smuggled arms. Local insurgents have provided us with vehicles and we just need to get them their guns.
Although we effectively wiped out a faction of the PPF militia when taking the airfield, the PPF's warlord-centric, rivalrous structure has meant that their downfall has not caused much consternation or suspicion.
The TKP, our target recipients of smuggled arms, are in dire straits. PPF militias have destroyed every Tano village within an hour's driving distance of their urban power centers and are continuing to push farther into the interior. TKP insurgents, armed only with very obsolete weapons in poor condition, have retreated into the jungle or to remote townships far from urban areas.
As a final note, our employers' agent 'JL' has mysteriously disappeared and been replaced by an equally mysterious agent for whom the laws of physics do not seem to apply. This may explain the heroic feat of smuggling it took to bring actual Arcadians into the country incognito. Whatever the cause for the switch, this agent is still procuring and receiving the weapons we need, so we should treat him as a necessary liason.

TKP insurgent leaders have designated two fairly remote locations for dropping off the guns. The villages near road access for urban areas have largely been destroyed by PPF militia, hence the long journey. Coordinates have been provided for each objective point.
PPF militia are maintaining a light presence in most areas of our AO for this mission except for oil production derricks. Unfortunately, one of these areas is directly on the road route to a gun dropoff. There is likely to be strong enemy resistance at this location, and an attack on it will inevitably provoke reinforcements. The PPF militia response forces are heavily motorized but haphazardly organized, which may allow contractors to defeat them in detail.
Refer to campaign ASCOPE for further notes on enemy capabilities and visual references.
