The Rip

Situation

Theseus has been deputized. Our first task in aiding with the removal of a cartel is to reclaim the city of Montelibano. The cartel uses it to store cash in an unknown location before shipping it along the river. The city is also used for methamphetamine production and we are to locate and shut down these labs, hopefully arresting the cooks.

Local intelligence has given us information that there are at least 2 labs on the north side of the river, but if any more exist they do not know. The cash house is also a complete mystery but has to be somewhere inside the city limits. It is believed that some civilians remain inside the town even with the cartel trying to push them out.

We were also advised to stay out of the river at all costs as the locals believe it is infested with 7 to 14 giant enemy crabs.
