Situation

A cartel called Jet Cobra has set up a distribution network across the United States. After months of federal agency investigation, the primary center of operations was discovered in an abandoned segment of the New York underground rail lines. While the United States government is still deliberating what to do, the city of New York has grown tired of the cartels activities and has hired Theseus to get rid of them once and for all.
