Situation

Unusual earthquakes have been hitting Tanoa at an increasing rate over the past few weeks. The CIA tasked assets to recon the area and immediately alarm bells began ringing in D.C. An unknown organization has kidnapped many high profile scientists specializing in plate tectonics. Even worse, this organization has somehow acquired similar technology to the 'East Wind' device utilized by CSAT in the closing stages of the battle of Altis. This technology must be destroyed and the scientists must be rescued as soon as possible. Theseus, having a good track record with the CIA, has been tasked with completing this task before the situation gets out of hand. Initial recon reports indicate two PMC groups are guarding the site. The first, is an unknown group, lightly equipped and possessing limited armor and night fighting capabilities. The second, is a rather infamous groups known as 'Shattered Dawn'. They are one of the best trained and equipped PMC groups on the planet and posses arms, equipment, and night fighting capability to match or even exceed Theseus. Once the site is secured and the devices have been shut down or destroyed, a CIA black site in Georgetown is standing by to receive the scientists.
