Through the Muck (SOG)

Situation

Forward outposts were built up along Hill 881 North and South recently, and were only minimally garrisoned while they awaited reinforcements. Recon patrols investigated after we appeared to lose contact with these outposts and found that the perimeters were swarming with VC. Patrols are now caught up behind enemy lines and unable to assist in retaking the outposts.

Objectives

Our squad, callsign Aegis-1, has been assigned to clear the outposts at Hill 881 North and South of all enemies. Expect sporadic contact from Charlie as we make our way through toward the captured FOBs, and make sure to stick around at the outposts to eliminate additional reinforcements after initial clearing.

• Eliminate all enemy contact without taking casualties
