Chernarus Defence Force
Situation
While our operation cutting off the NChDKZ's foreign sponsorship was successful, it is too soon to call the campaign won. NChDKZ forces are avoiding attacking CDF strongpoints, but are resisting fiercely when CDF makes pushes into what they consider their territory.
Because of FOB Svoboda's air defence platoon and CDF control of the coast, the airfield near Krastnostav is the main remaining supply lifeline for NChDKZ supply aircraft. Yesterday, a reinforced CDF company from the 119th Independent Motorized Regiment pushed into Krastnostav in an attempt to secure the airfield, only to encounter strong resistance and an enemy encirclement overnight. Remaining forces have been cut off and have taken nearly 40 percent casualties, including many critically wounded.
The reinforced platoon's vehicles were all knocked out and their casualties are in an increasingly desperate situation. According to our CDF liason, Theseus' heavy vehicles are the only forces able to reach the area in time to get the casualties to safety. Accordingly, we have been tasked with repeatedly fighting our way through from FOB Svoboda to the CDF casualty collection point in Krastnostav in order to retrieve CDF casualties and stage them in the intensive care units being set up at the FOB for stabilization and eventual evac.
Theseus' Namer APC has been set up as a makeshift medical transport for these sensitive casualties, and the Nemerra ARC is available as a makeshift armored fire support platform.

- Chernarus Defence Force
ENEMY FORCES
- NChDKZ
Objectives
The mass casualty event for the CDF 119th IMR has left 30 CDF casualties in critical condition at the Krastnostav casualty collection point. We are to retrieve these casualties, preferably using the Namer APC's crew compartment which has been modified for medical transport, at the cost of approximately 2/3 of its ammo capacity.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Recover 32 CDF casualties in critical condition from the CDF CCP in Krastnostav, and transport them to the Taru medical pods in FOB Svoboda for intensive care. This will require at least 4 round trips.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES
- Use the Namer APC for all medical transport duties.

Despite our clean-up operation to the north, there continues to be heavy enemy presence at Black Mountain and the hills opposite. During the night, NChDKZ forces cut off the road north of Black Mountain, so we should expect to fight our way through to open the road and likely have to deal with attempts to take it back.
The remains of the CDF 119th IMR force hold parts of Krastnostav and firefights are reported to still be ongoing. Expect contact upon entering the town. NChDKZ may take the presence of our heavy vehicles as an indication that Theseus will make a push on the airfield and attack accordingly.
While they are otherwise relatively isolated from other NChDKZ forces in the interior, sufficient NChDKZ APC elements were present to protect the Krasnostav airfield that we can expect possible sorties from that direction. Due to distance and CDF efforts to control the interior, we may encounter some enemy from the direction of Dubrovka, which has traded hands many times, but anything heavier than a scout car is unlikely to appear.
FOB Svoboda's air defence platoon has been enthusiastically hosing down any enemy that they can spot, which has led to NChDKZ virtually refusing to pass within 500m of the FOB. Gvodzno and a significant portion of the road leading to Krastnostav are covered by our allies' guns, but the enemy is free to operate once roads converge approaching Krastnostav.
Refer to campaign ASCOPE for information on enemy capabilities.
