Situation

The CIA has had assets on the ground in this region for the past few months in order to observe ISIS forces. SIGINT and HUMINT sources have brought the cooperation betwen ISIS and local defense forces to light. The CIA has identified two individuals who have cooperated on multiple occasions and both have been designated 'Persons of Interest'. First up is Faruq Al-Bashra, codename 'Mickey', he's been active in ISIS for an estimated fifteen years and is directly responsible for at least fifty deaths, and likely commanded the deaths of many times that number. He's regularly wearing a red turban and blue thwab. Second up is 'Mickey's' older brother, Jaieed Al-Bashra, codename 'Goofy'. He joined the local defense forces around twenty years ago and has since climbed the ranks to the equivalent of a Colonel. Not only has he been a long time benefactor of his little brother, he's also known for having a facisnation with torture. He's usually sporting a military outfit with a red beret and his ever present gold Desert Eagle. A price is on their head and the CIA has authorized direct action against both. Lastly, a Russian doctor codename 'Doc', was delivering humanitarian aid in the area and has since gone missing. Not much is known about him other than his white lab coat and his jeep. He's one of the good guys out here so bring him back.
