Situation

The autonomous island of Tembelan has been embroiled in a brutal civil conflict between two military factions: the Tembelan Supreme Command (TSC), supported by CSAT, and the Tembelan Union (TU), backed by NATO. Both groups consist of different divisions of the Tembelan armed forces, vying for control of the island. Tembelan's strategic position, close to CSAT territories, has drawn the attention of both CSAT and NATO, leading to significant external influence over local politics. This involvement has escalated into violent conflict, and now many foreign lobbyists and individuals find themselves trapped in the middle of the chaos.

One particular hotspot is the Tepi Pantai Resort, which has transformed into an open-air prison for all foreigners within TSC-controlled regions. Once a luxurious tourist destination, the resort now holds numerous famous individuals as prisoners, though it continues to operate under the shadow of TSC abuses and control. Despite the ongoing conflict being in its early stages, there is still a narrow window of opportunity for the recovery of clients and persons of interest (POIs) currently on the ground. Among those detained at the Tepi Pantai Resort, four have been identified:

• Ryan Racing: A well-known racer and client of the Diamond Theseus security plan. Ryan continues to post videos of himself racing on the resort's kart track and has subtly used social media to provide updates on the status of the other hostages.
• Robin Banks: An infamous international bank robber, presumed dead. However, marketing footage from the resort shows that he is alive and residing in one of the southern houses. His presence remains unnoticed by the TSC, and there is still a significant bounty for his capture.
• Holden On: The manager of the Tepi Pantai Resort. Initially, his recovery was refused due to unresolved payments, but after being interrogated by TSC in the main building, it seems he managed to secure the necessary funds.
• Blou Koning: CFO of Blu King. Little is known about his exact location within the resort, but reports indicate that he suffered serious injuries during a TSC interrogation and has since been displaying erratic behavior around the resort.

The situation remains volatile, but there may still be a chance to rescue these individuals before the conflict worsens.

The rebel forces of the TSC control most of western Tembelan, including the Besar Airbase. Expect reinforcements to arrive in force if contractors stay too long at the resort. Previous engagements involving the TSC have demonstrated their consistent use of armored vehicles and helicopters. If contractors decide to stay for an extended period, it is advised to bring heavy weaponry.
