Chapter I

Situation

Theseus has been contracted to counteract Taliban and Seven Rings plans which are already in motion, the goal is for us to prevent as many of these plans from moving into action by any means necessary. Due to the sheer size of the enemy forces the BAF adopted a guerilla warfare strategy which has worked out well for them which we will be continuing.

The BAF will be moving into a supporting role providing intelligence and combat support where available. They have asked that if we spot any BAF operatives in the field to not go anywhere near them. Additionally our support Mortar crews will use the callsign 'Templar' while the survillance drone following us will be using 'Knight'

The Taliban have uncontested control of Kunduz, civilians, for the most part do not willingly help them and one of our core objectives is to protect them at all costs.

Scout forces from the BAF moved out late last night setting up small camps to provide mortar fire for us when called on. One of the closest camps has reported heightened activity from both the Taliban and Seven Rings in the Ka regions.

The scout passed along information of multiple ZU-23 Trucks scattered across the area along with a large force of infantry, it is unclear if this was done due to our arrival.

With these trucks in place our air assets cannot be used and our HQ is threatened.

• Kunduz has been a warzone for a very long time, Bringing Wall-E is advised if travelling via roadways.
• You are to destroy the trucks immediately upon finding them, the possibility of the Taliban attempting to escape with them is quite high.
• Areas marked in red are strictly no access, you are not to go anywhere near them.
