Situation

IDAP are on a civilian relief campaign in Chernarus and have set-up aid sites all over the country. They are running low on supplies and require Theseus to deliver the goods they need as smaller IDAP transports were attacked by local civilians looking to capitalize on the unprotected supplies but IDAP think a more military looking organized force will be enough of a deterrent for these highwaymen.

Theseus are operating on a purely humanitarian capacity and IDAP are only allowing Theseus contractors in the country to be equipped with handguns for personal protection in addition no explosives are authorized. IDAP wants to show the civilians they are here to help and possibly de-escalate the hostilities with the civilians who have previously attacked them.
