Situation

The remainder of the equipment from Site One needs to be recovered and moved to Airport Vatra.

Complicating matters is the PLA is now fully aware of Theseus' presence on the islands and are fully hostile towards the client and Theseus.

The PLA has been probing the villa compound all day long and has most likely set up a containment perimeter around the villa. There has been no serious push against the compound at this time.

The client in consultation with Theseus brass has decided that a night operation to move the equipment is the best option.

It has also been agreed that the client will remain at the villa during this sub-contract.

Restrictions

This will be an extended deployment covering several days. There will be NO resupply available given the current situation in the country.

The Government of Panthera placed the following restrictions on Theseus Contractors to be permitted to operate in the country in fulfillment of the Close Protection Detail:

  • Only 5.56mm caliber or lower for firearms
  • No LMG/MMG/HMG's permitted
  • No rockets/missiles/launchers permitted
  • No lethal explosives permitted
  • No drones permitted
  • PMC/Civilian Clothing permitted (No military fatigues/bdu's)
  • No face coverings permitted
  • Plate Carriers/Helmets permitted

Additionally the client has placed the following conditions on the Contract.

  • As a military veteran, the client is familiar with and proficient in NATO and Russian small arms platforms. At the client’s discretion he will arm himself with his own firearms at any point he deems necessary.
  • At the client’s discretion, he will equip himself with his own body armor at any point he deems necessary.
Rules of engagement

Theseus is now weapons free against PLA but is still under a Return Fire Only order against local police and armed civilians.

Intelligence

The client will be unable to provide money for bribes as PLA soldiers robbed the stash when they went into the villa earlier today.

After action report: 

Theseus successfully completed the move of all Site One Equipment to Airport Vatra.

Contractors reported several engagements during the course of the move and 2 contractors were reported as KIA.
