SITUATION
After the attacks in Lythium on the US Consulate and the CIA Annex; every available resource has been in play to track down the leader of Ansar al-Sharia; Ahmed Abu Khafala.
That diligence has paid off with actionable intel that he is currently residing on an island off the east coast of Isla Abramia.
Theseus’ friends at the CIA thought that the capture of the terrorist leader should go to the PMC given their trials and tribulations in Lythium with Ansar al-Sharia.
INTELLIGENCE
After fleeing Lythium, it would appear that Ahmed Abu Khafala found himself an island that used to be home to an abandoned mental institution. After some remodelling, Ahmed has made a nice little spot for himself and his militia.
Intel suggests that Theseus’ best opportunity to capture Ahmed Abu Khafala will be to hit the island before Fajr (Dawn Prayer).

Estimates on militia strength are:
~10-15 militia at the compound
~20 militia QRF staged from Blanco
~12-18 additional militia from various buildings around the island.
In reciprocation for allowing the CIA and Theseus to operate in Isla Abramia, the government there has asked Theseus to obtain photo evidence of any weapons cache that Ahmed Abu Khafala and his militia might have on the island. The most likely location for any such cache (if it exists) would be in Blanco.
Theseus will be staging from a small remote airfield on the mainland: Airport Vucco to the North of Ahmed Abu Khafala’a island.

After action report:
Theseus contractors were tasked with retrieving a High Value Target; Ahmed abu Khafala, leader of the Ansar al-Sharia and suspected mastermind of the Lythium US Consulate attack and CIA Annex attack.
The operation was a success with the HVT being captured with no Theseus casualties reported.
The Isla Abramia government reports finding a terrorist weapons cache and also freeing 8 IDAP personnel who were apparently being held captive on the island.
